I was looking for a specific 12V fridge and contacted CLR telephonically. I live in a different town and all arrangements were done telephonically/electronically. Ruan was most helpful and sent a quotation within the hour. The price was good and the deal was done. I arranged for collection by a friend and this was done seamlessly. Great service and a company that I would recommend without hesitation.

Bought a stove from CLR at the end of January. When I installed it in mid February, the fan did not work. Even though it was outside the 7 day return period and since I am from outside Kby they gave me an option. They could send a technician or I could bring it back for an exchange. I returned it on Friday 11 March. They did not even ask for a slip or anything, just swopped it and within 5 minutes I was on my way. Now thats what I call great service. Schalk at CLR, you've gained a life time customer!!

Very happy with after sales service received. I had issues with a 55" LG TV and Wouter sorted me out with a new 58" Samsung unit. It took some time to get my issue resolved, but at the end of the day I am a happy customer even after initially receiving a faulty TV. The delivery is also excellent, they communicate promptly and also helped me to setup my new TV. Customer for life.
